We just closed on a home over in Dilworth and had a great time getting everything finalized with the help of Charlotte Living Realty. We were stalled trying to sell our old place but with our agents help we did a few things around the house to make it more marketable and in a matter of weeks got a good offer. Julie has a tremendous amount of knowledge regarding the property itself and also the legal process that comes along with buying a home. At times, home buying can be intimidating because you don’t know what you don’t know but having Julie represent my interests gave me tremendous reassurance that I was making the right decision. You pay the same commission percentage for a crap realtor or for a great one hire Julie and she’ll save you big money in the long haul.
