A graduate of Colorado State University, she lived in four different states before making her way to North Carolina- quickly discovering that Charlotte felt like home. Since settling in the city in 2010, Chelsea has developed a deep understanding of its neighborhoods, lifestyle offerings, and long-term growth.

With a background in luxury sales, Chelsea built her career on strong relationships, attentive service, and the ability to anticipate client needs. Her recent renovation of a fixer-upper in Villa Heights sparked a passion for transforming spaces and highlighted her talent for seeing both the aesthetic and financial potential in a property.
