Brad Hess brings a unique blend of hospitality, connection, and local insight to Charlotte Living Realty Group. Originally from Fort Wayne, Indiana, Brad discovered his passion for helping people while working at Oliver Winery during his time at Indiana University. After relocating to Charlotte in 2015, he built a respected career in the city’s wine community- earning his certification through the Court of Master Sommeliers and becoming known for his ability to understand people’s preferences and guide them to the perfect fit.

That same skill for listening, advising, and building genuine relationships now defines Brad’s work in real estate. Drawing on years of hospitality experience, he creates a seamless, supportive, and personalized process for clients as they navigate buying or selling a home.
