Originally from New Jersey, Kayla brings a sharp, no-nonsense East Coast edge to her role leading marketing and branding at Charlotte Living Realty Group. With a Communications degree from UNC Charlotte, her career fuses storytelling with design-forward campaigns, evolving from early agency marketing roles to a residential construction focus, and ultimately to managing CLRG’s luxury builder-developer partnerships.

Known for her editorial eye, creative strategy, and hyper-local momentum building in one of the nation’s fastest-growing real-estate markets, Kayla manages multi-channel campaigns across social media, email, web, paid advertising, and events. Passionate about brands that earn attention through strategy instead of volume, Kayla approaches every initiative with the same belief: in Charlotte, the companies that win aren’t just loud- they’re intentional, bold, and most of all- human.
