Charlotte Living Realty’s Capital and Development residential services include asset valuation, consulting, property sourcing, property design, development, general construction, construction management, and capital investments.

Our focus is on working on full or partial participation in the development of raw land, the construction of residential single and multi-family properties through infill. As the shortage of new construction homes and land in the “more preferred” areas of the Charlotte continues, it further solidifies our focus to “infill” the housing/development supply/demand gap through our builder and development partnerships. The aquistition of Raw Land opportunities comes through staying in tune with opportunities as they arise in the market place.
