About Jenn Davis

Jenn was born in and raised in Union County, NC, and has spent her entire life living in and around the Charlotte area. She’s a devoted wife, mom of 4, and follower of Christ!

After almost 7 years working in commercial real estate, in 2017 she made the decision to move into residential home sales by joining Charlotte Living Realty Group! As an experienced buyer and listing agent, with an extensive sales background and fine arts/design degree, she loves to help her clients see the full potential of their home through visualizing future updates or home staging for the most successful listing! She also works as a designer in the custom home market for local builders in the area. Being a mom of 4 young children has helped to not only develop her negotiation skills but has set her apart as a master multi-tasker. Her direct and honest personality, combined with her genuine care and love of people, make her successful in both business and life.
